Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Python development, AI/ML expertise, and cloud deployment capabilities to lead our technical projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Python-based applications and solutions.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to develop intelligent systems, models, and algorithms aligned with business needs.
• Oversee deployment, scaling, and management of applications on cloud platforms, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and cloud infrastructure management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Total Experience: 6-9 years in software development and technical leadership roles.
• Python: Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience with strong coding and debugging skills.
• AI/ML: At least 1 year of practical experience applying AI/ML models and frameworks in production environments.
• Cloud Deployment: Minimum 2 years of experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
