Technical Lead - PHP

As a Tech Lead - PHP at our company located in Ahmedabad (Ganesh Meridian, S.G. Your strong technical leadership, client communication skills, and proactive problem-solving mindset will be essential for success in this role. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from conceptualization to final execution, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project scope, and guiding the team in defining technical architecture and finalizing database schemas. Your role will also involve planning, allocating, and balancing team workload, mentoring and providing technical support to project teams, and leading the end-to-end development of full-fledged web applications using Laravel, Vue.js, and related technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and deliver projects from conceptualization to technology mapping and final execution - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction - Oversee project scope, handle change requests, and ensure timely delivery of milestones - Guide the team in defining technical architecture and finalizing database schemas - Plan, allocate, and balance team workload, monitor development activities, and report project progress - Mentor, guide, and provide technical support to project teams - Lead the end-to-end development of full-fledged web applications using Laravel, Vue.js, and related technologies - Ensure adoption of scalable design patterns, secure coding practices, and high-quality outputs - Conduct regular code reviews and enforce clean coding standards - Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes - Manage server configurations, SSL certificates, and monitoring for production environments - Facilitate sprint planning, task breakdown, and progress tracking in an Agile Scrum environment - Interact with clients to create technology specifications from business requirements - Prepare and present project reports and documentation as required - Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project progress and propose effective technical solutions - Review and enhance current processes and methodologies to improve quality, reduce risk, and optimize timelines - Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or quality **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in PHP, Laravel, and full-stack web application development - Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, AJAX, RESTful APIs, CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), Git, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Experience managing teams and multiple projects under strict timelines - Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to mentor, guide, and collaborate with team members - Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving attitude, and willingness to take ownership of deliverables Apply now to know more about this exciting opportunity!!,
