As a Technical Lead at Novac Technology Solutions, you will have the opportunity to design, build, and maintain web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure that applications meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop full-stack web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. - Develop scalable back-end APIs using ASP.NET Web API and ASP.NET Core Web API. - Work on data models and integrations with Entity Framework Core and ADO.NET. - Stay updated on the latest trends in .NET development. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Ensure code quality and maintainability. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 6-12 years of experience as a Microsoft .NET Developer. - Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, React, Web API, .NET Core, DevOps, and Microsoft SQL Server. - Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns. - Experience with Entity Framework Core, Agile development processes, and version control systems. - Experience in Financial Services and Insurance domain is desirable. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
