- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making within your squad
- Participate in the agile software development process, ensuring technical excellence and efficient delivery
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers, fostering growth and best practices
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technical decisions with business goals
- Architect, design, and implement APIs and microservices using cutting-edge technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards, security, and automation practices
- Help shape Yuno’s technical roadmap and advocate for engineering excellence across the organization
🟣 The skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Golang
- Experience with Kotlin/Java is a plus
- 5+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures
- Strong understanding of SQL and Postgres
- Familiarity with OWASP security principles
- Experience using Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Autonomy, adaptability, and ownership of your deliverables
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the payment industry
- Experience integrating Payment Service Providers
- Knowledge in Frontend languages
