Senior React UI Engineer - ThreatX

You will have the opportunity to work with our ThreatX Team as we device a new Web Application & APIs Protection Platform That Stops Application Attackers, and Comprehensively Protects the Applications and APIs. We are looking for a passionate UI Developer with strong expertise in React.js to join our dynamic product engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable front-end solutions.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems mainly in Rust.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of our core ThreatX platform.
• Implement and maintain robust and secure APIs and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with inherited code in our production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure, high-availability systems leveraging Rusts performance capabilities.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with specific Rust frameworks (e.g., Tokio, Rocket, Axum).
• Basic familiarity with the C programming language in addition to Rust.
• Experience with document store databases (e.g., MongoDB, Couchbase, etc.).
• Knowledge of security best practices in distributed systems.
• Strong familiarity with HTTP fundamentals and REST API styles.
• Experience with functional verification of distributed systems.
• Architectural experience designing distributed systems and service components

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Rust in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts (e.g., microservices, cloud-native databases, message queues).
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming with Rust (e.g., Tokio).
• Experience with performance optimization and profiling in Rust.
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
