Job Description

Assist in designing and updating call flows using NICE inContact Studio.
Support the development of IVR scripts and basic routing logic.Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand requirements and implement solutions.Help integrate NICE CXone with internal fintech platforms and CRMs using APIs.Monitor and report on system performance and user experience.Participate in testing, documentation, and troubleshooting efforts.

Technical Skills

2+ years of experience with NICE CXone or similar contact center platforms.
Basic understanding of IVR design and call routing.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript or Python).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced fintech environment.


Qualifications

Internship or project experience in fintech or customer service technology.
NICE CXone certification or training.Familiarity with financial services workflows and compliance standards.Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics.
