Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 - 7 years of software development experience, with at least 1 - 3 years in GenAI/LLM-based product delivery.
  • Proven track record integrating front end (React/Flutter/Angular), back end (Node.js/Python), and AI/ML components in production environments.
  • Expertise in customizing and deploying LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Google, open-source) for conversational and simulation use-cases.
  • Experience with regional language processing, emotion detection, and culturally adaptive AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with speech technology (ASR/TTS), vendor database, and prompt engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with user empathy and business impact.
