Job Description

iLink Digital is looking for Technical Lead Full Stack Development to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
Design and implement robust, secure, and efficient codebases using various programming languages.
Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB.
