Technical Lead (Developer

We are seeking a Tech Lead with deep expertise in framework-level support to oversee KTLO (Keep The Lights On) operations, security patching, and performance tuning of core frameworks used in banking applications. This role ensures long-term framework reliability, regulatory compliance, and seamless platform evolution. You will Lead end-to-end support for core frameworks (Java Spring Boot, .NET, Angular) across critical banking platforms You will manage KTLO operations including version upgrades, patch deployment, and framework configuration You will own framework-related incident triage, RCA, and resolution in coordination with app and infra teams You will ensure secure, compliant, and optimized use of frameworks via timely updates and vulnerability fixes You will collaborate with security, compliance, and DevOps teams for risk mitigation and audit readiness You will standardize documentation and maintain framework usage guidelines across development teams You will drive automation and modernization initiatives to reduce technical debt in framework code You will define support SLAs, performance baselines, and improvement metrics for framework stability SKILLS You should have 10+ years of experience in application frameworks (Java, Spring, Angular, .NET) with support/maintenance exposure You should have expertise in patch management, vulnerability mitigation, and framework version control You should have hands-on experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace) You should have a fmiliarity with CI/CD and deployment pipelines for enterprise banking systems You should have a strong debugging, RCA, and performance tuning skills at the framework level You should have an excellent team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities Commit to being part of an exciting culture and product evolving within the financial industry.
