About the Role
TechnoMile is seeking an experienced Data Engineering Technical Lead to guide our growing data team and drive our data infrastructure and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team of Data Engineers while architecting scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions that power our business intelligence and product capabilities.
This is a strategic leadership position reporting to the Director of Engineering, where youll establish technical direction, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills in a dynamic startup environment.
