Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core and REST Web Services. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing our technical solutions. Experience in Procure to Pay Payroll Finance and Accounting is a plus. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of robust applications using Spring Boot and Microservices to enhance system performance and scalability.
Oversee the integration of REST Web Services to ensure seamless communication between different system components.
Provide technical expertise in Spring Core to optimize application functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Implement best practices in software development to maintain high-quality code and reduce technical debt.
Monitor and troubleshoot application issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
Guide junior developers in technical tasks fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and improve overall code quality.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and future upgrades.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-impact solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in all technical implementations.
Optimize system performance through regular assessments and proactive improvements.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core and REST Web Services.
Demonstrate knowledge in Procure to Pay Payroll Finance and Accounting as a nice to have.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Show proficiency in technical documentation and code review processes.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements.
