We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical IT Recruiter with experience in the automobile industry or related domains . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical roles, especially in IT, digital transformation, embedded systems, and automotive software. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles specific to the automobile domain Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding Leverage multiple sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, and job forums Conduct initial HR screening and schedule technical interviews Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of IT skill sets including: Embedded Systems Automotive Software Cloud technologies ERP, SAP modules used in automotive IoT / Connected Cars / EV Tech Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing techniques Experience hiring for Automobile Tech or Tier-1 Suppliers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle bulk hiring and niche technical profiles Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / HR or related field Prior experience recruiting for automotive OEMs, R&D centres, or tech start-ups in the mobility space
