Technical Installer/Executive

Key Responsibilities Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of products (e.g., films, glass, panels, or equipment) at client locations. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals to execute precise installations. Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are prepared and maintained for each project. Inspect completed installations to verify alignment, functionality, and adherence to quality standards. Perform troubleshooting and resolve on-site technical issues promptly. Follow company SOPs, safety regulations, and client requirements during all work. Provide clear communication and updates to supervisors, project managers, and clients. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including reports, checklists, and photographs. Train junior staff or assistants on proper installation techniques when required. Travel to client sites as per project schedules. Requirements Proven experience as an installer, technician, or in a similar technical field. Strong knowledge of installation tools, equipment handling, and measurement techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in varied environments. Willingness to travel as per project requirements. Preferred Qualifications ITI/Diploma/Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. Experience in glass, film, construction, or electrical installation industry. Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., PPE, hazard awareness, first aid). Basic knowledge of CRM or reporting tools. Work Conditions Full-time, site-based role with travel across project locations. Standard working hours with flexibility for extended hours during urgent projects. Field work may involve lifting, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
