Technical Industrial Products Sales Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Manager for our company, you will play a key role in various aspects of the business. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for Market Analysis, Sales Planning and Forecasting, Customer Relationship Management, Product Packaging, and Team Planning and Management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Study the customers" potential through market analysis - Plan relevant sales connects and conduct regular studies on competitor activity - Suggest goods to be made based on market study and plan for production and delivery - Identify location-wise clients to achieve targets and growth - Review monthly sales targets and strategize to achieve them - Create and grade clients based on financial range - Focus on high potential clients and engage continuously till finalization of their needs - Process customer invoices and follow up on sales outstanding - Plan and ensure supply to factory requirements for product packaging - Conduct daily morning sales meetings on closures - Develop a team of Sales and Service Engineers and interact continuously with sales team - Ensure submission of daily reports covering meetings, visits, complaints, and complaint summary **Qualifications Required:** - Fault Analysis Training - Knowledge of the Rubber Industry - Customer-focused approach - Diploma in Engineering or any Graduate in Chemistry with specific industry experience This full-time position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
