Technical incharge Electrical and mechanical

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Lead a team of technicians and ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor performance of machinery and electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for equipment servicing and procurement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and automation.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in team leadership and project coordination.
