Technical Head

We are looking for a visionary Technical Head with 15+ Years to lead our tech strategy and innovation. The ideal candidate has vast experience across modern tech stacks and has driven large-scale transformation for top-tier organizations.

• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap and digital strategy.

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in cloud architecture, IoT, AI/ML, and data migration.

• Oversee application development with strong emphasis on Java, open-source, and cross-platform technologies.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional tech teams (developers, architects, DevOps, QA, etc.).

• Drive talent acquisition, training, and performance management.

• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across Linux, Windows, and cloud environments.

• Collaborate with leadership to align technology with business growth.

• Build and guide high-performing tech teams.

• 15+ years of leadership experience in tech-driven roles.

• Deep expertise in Java, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and networking.

• Proven track record in driving digital transformation and managing complex systems.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills.

• Prior experience with leading global organizations.
