Technical Expert - Port Transaction Advisory (PPP)

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering from a recognized university is essential.
• Post-Qualification Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil works, gained after completing their graduation.
• Transaction Advisory Experience: The candidate should have experience in Transaction Advisory services, specifically in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in the Port Sector.
• PPP Project Experience: It is mandatory to have experience in at least one completed PPP project in the Port Sector, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the project's lifecycle, from conception to completion.
• Relevant Skills: The candidate should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in managing and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of port operations, infrastructure development, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with project finance, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and advisory services for PPP projects in the Port Sector.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and risk assessments for PPP projects.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
