Role & responsibilities Handle, assist and resolve technical issues related to ATM transactions, bank switch connectivity, and host communication failures from MSP point of view. Knowhow of switch and its running to trouble shoot failures. Understanding of monitoring application in case of failure and resolution there on. Work closely with banks, switch vendors, and internal teams for resolution. Provide technical support for ATM-related software/hardware/network escalations. Manage logs, system alerts, and generate technical incident reports. Assist the helpdesk team in understanding technical issues and training on basic troubleshooting. Support deployment of software patches, configurations, and firmware updates as needed. Preferred candidate profile 2- 4 years of experience in ATM Managed Services or technical support roles. Understanding of ATM architecture, switch functionalities, and banking transaction flow. Hands-on experience with basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
