Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the engineering team, you will support the Assistant Manager Engineering/ Engineering Manager in managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations, and all Civil maintenance within the facility. You will be responsible for preparing critical spares lists, implementing pre-emptive maintenance programs, reviewing maintenance practices of M&E Contractors, and managing downtime/breakdowns. Additionally, you will arrange ad-hoc M&E setups as per client requirements, ensure compliance with house rules, handle engineering-related matters during shifts, and conduct daily walkarounds of the facility. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Assistant Manager Engineering/ Engineering Manager in managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility. - Prepare critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturers" recommendations and plan for inventory. - Implement and oversee pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures. - Assist the Chief Engineer in reviewing maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors. - Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E installations. - Manage downtime/breakdowns and arrange for ad-hoc M&E setups. - Ensure contractors follow house rules and handle projects with minimum client inconvenience. - Handle shifts independently on all Engineering related matters. - Conduct daily walkarounds of the facility. Qualifications Required: - Responsible for daily reporting on M&E to the Assistant Engineering Manager/ Engineering Manager. - Generate service maintenance reports on office equipment. - Generate inventory and purchasing of spares and consumables. - Generate downtime and breakdown incident reports.,
