Role & responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) including HVAC, fire systems, and other building utilities.
  
• Monitor performance of critical equipment and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out as per schedule.
  
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and coordinate quick resolution to minimize downtime.
  
• Ensure all technical operations comply with safety regulations, statutory guidelines, and industry standards.
  
• Maintain records of maintenance logs, equipment status, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
  
• Supervise technicians/contractors and ensure timely completion of assigned technical tasks.
  
• Assist in energy management initiatives and support optimization of building operations.
  
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation for regulatory authorities.
  

Soft Skills / Administrative Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  
• Prepare technical reports, daily/weekly updates, incident reports, and maintenance summaries.
  
• Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance activities and resource allocation.
  
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing facility-related complaints or requests.
  
• Manage communication between technical teams and management regarding operational issues.
  
• Participate in vendor management, quotation review, and procurement processes.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost-saving measures, and workflow enhancements.
  
• Train and guide technicians to maintain service quality and safety standards.
