Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement solar power systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and load calculations.
• Prepare technical drawings, system layouts, and documentation.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 years of experience in solar power installation, design, or maintenance (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
• Knowledge of PV system design software and electrical drawings preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution.
