Role Description

Job Category / Functional Area:

Engineering – Electronics / Field Service / Technical Support (Security Systems) Experience required- 4-5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in handling

  PAN India Customer Support Services

  for security surveillance systems across Defence, MNCs, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Telecom sectors.
• Handle

  installation, commissioning, operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance

  of security surveillance equipment.
• Provide

  on-site field support

  and technical assistance to customers.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of service and installation activities.
• Conduct

  customer training sessions

  on usage, maintenance, and safety.
• Build strong customer relationships by offering

  timely and effective technical support

  .
• Collect feedback from clients during field visits and share with product/management teams.
• Report regularly on field activities, technical issues, and customer requirements.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/Technical background having year of 4-5 years of experience.

• Experience in customer/technical support, project execution, and maintenance of surveillance equipment.
•  Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical/protective systems.
• Client-facing skills to deliver support and manage relationships.
• Willingness to travel PAN India for on-site services.
• Experience in client training, seminars, and product demonstrations.
