Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Technical Engineer - Field Machine Selling. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines sold to clients. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, conducting machine demonstrations, training clients on the usage of machines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, managing inventory of spare parts, and preparing technical documentation and reports.

Profile: - Technical Manager

Profile requirement: -

• Experience respectively in pneumatics, pneumatics selling & capital machine selling.
• Should have good exposure in industrial marketing & sales.
• Maintain reports monthly.
• Lead and manage the activities of sales and marketing staff.
• Will be in charge of creating business opportunities and retaining existing clients.
• Should have sound knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Compressor/ Piping background experience would have advantages.

Qualification requirement: -

• Graduate/ Diploma in Mech. Engg./ Elect. Engg./ Mechatronics from AICTE-approved institute/ University.

Experience Required: -

·        Minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements: -

• Must have own vehicle/bike.
• Comfortable with traveling.
