Job Description

As a Technical Director specializing in SAP Data Migration for Sales, with over 20-25 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing data migration projects and ensuring the seamless transfer of data to the SAP environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with sales teams and client stakeholders to achieve successful integrations that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex problems, working closely with sales teams to grasp client requirements and key business processes. Your role will involve leading data migration and conversion activities, including designing, building, and deploying data migration using SAP tools such as BODS. Additionally, you will be expected to extract data from legacy systems to SAP or other databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL, while optimizing performance and utilizing CDS view as data sources. Your extensive experience in SAP Data Conversion and S/4 Hana Migration projects, with a minimum of 15 years in the field, will be essential. Proficiency in SAP BODS, data profiling, cleansing, and remediation is highly valued, along with a strong functional knowledge in various SAP modules including FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, HCM, VC, and EWM. Experience in presales proposal preparation, understanding of sales processes, and client stakeholder management are key requirements for this role. Furthermore, your technical capabilities should include working with SQL query tools, understanding entity relationship models, SAP Data Model, and database relationships. You should have completed a minimum of 6 end-to-end migrations as a technical architect at client locations, preferably in Europe, and have exposure to modern SAP tools like BDC and SAP DMC. Familiarity with cloud-based products, particularly SAP, and expertise in data validation, verification, and cleansing using various tools are essential for success in this position.
