We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Marketplace & E-commerce Channel Manager to oversee our product listings and performance across leading B2B platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, Tradologie, AgriBazaar, Shopify, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for catalogue hygiene, marketplace optimization, performance analytics, and coordination with internal teams to drive growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Catalogue Management & Hygiene: Build and maintain high-quality product catalogues across multiple B2B marketplaces. Publish or refresh 1500+ SKUs within 30 days while ensuring consistency and accuracy Marketplace Optimization: Enhance visibility and engagement through optimized listings and keywords. Ensure a response rate of 95% and a first-reply time of 4 hours. Manage day-to-day marketplace operations including RFQs, enquiries, and performance tracking. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators such as enquiry-to-lead ratio, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and keyword positioning. Generate actionable insights and reports to guide strategy and improvements. Campaign Management: Execute and optimize PPC and RFQ campaigns across platforms to generate qualified leads. Track and manage ad spends effectively to ensure ROI. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align channel strategies and goals. Ensure accurate information flow across departments for smooth execution. Desired Candidate Profile: 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience managing product catalogues across B2B e-commerce marketplaces. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-led SEO and keyword optimization. Proven ability to run and optimize PPC and RFQ campaigns. Proficient in using marketplace dashboards and tools. Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setup.

Work mode-Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Develop solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Must have completed at least 6 end-to-end Migrations as a technical architect at client locations (Preferably in Europe) Design, build and deploy ETL using BODS. Performance optimization and understanding CDS view as a sources for the data extraction. Extract data from legacy systems to SAP or any Databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase, Teradata, and others. Lead team(s) in data migration and conversion activities. Identify SAP Data Migration as-is processes and to-be processes. Write and implement Technical Specification / Configuration / Testing documents. Coordinate with business or functional team on ERP business processes and data used for loading. Must have exposure to modern SAP tools like BDC, SAP DMC and updated on latest development in SAP space EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Data Conversion and S/4 Hana Migration projects. Experience working in the ETL/Reporting/Business Intelligence applications. SAP BODS skill is a must have. Experience in Data profiling, Data Cleansing, Data Remediation. Functional knowledge in multiple modules FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, HCM, VC, EWM modules. Client internal external, Stakeholder management Strong working with SQL query tools, understand entity relationship models, SAP Data Model, database relationships, primary, foreign key relationships. Worked on min 15 SAP data migration projects. Completed a minimum of 5 data migration projects (end-to-end) Knowledge in any hyperscalers SAP, Ariba (mandatory) Knowledge in any cloud-based products - SAP(mandatory) Strong Experience and expertise in data validation, verification, and cleansing using any tools. Strong Experience and expertise with SQL performance tuning and monitoring. Ability to read and write complex SQL statements, including multi-table joins, nested queries, and correlated subqueries. Knowledge in any hyperscalers Azure, AWS, Google, Alibaba (preferred not mandatory ) Knowledge in any cloud-based products - Salesforce, others. (preferred) Knowledge in Data Science, python, AI/ML will be an added advantage. (preferred) Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple project teams (Onsite and Offshore) Should have good communication skills and the ability to independently interact with client teams. Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational, and motivational skills. Certification in any of the Data Migration/ETL tools is preferred.
