As a Principal SAP PPDS / AATP Consultant at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in the consulting team as a subject matter expert throughout various phases of the consulting lifecycle. Basic Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is required, although three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education. - Minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology. - Candidates authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. - This position is based in Ohio with potential travel to project/client locations. Preferred Qualifications: - Over 11 years of experience in SAP implementation programs, focusing on Supply Chain modules such as PPDS / AATP, Integration to TM, EWM modules. - Experience in Chemicals or other Process industries is advantageous. - Hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain within S/4HANA implementation programs. - Proficiency in handling requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, functional testing, and test data setup. - Ability to analyze business requirements, design solutions, configure SAP, create detailed specifications, and oversee testing and implementation of automated solutions. - Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. - Knowledge or certification in S4 HANA, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach is a plus. - Strong Client Facing experience with exceptional communication skills. - Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel-based data analysis. - Capability to work with offshore teams and coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore locations. - Flexibility with work timings due to the remote working environment and offshore overlaps twice a day. This role may involve extensive travel and require sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions is essential.
