Job Title: Technical Director Location: Mumbai Experience: 12+ years Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms across cloud and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data engineering, cloud architecture, and modern data paradigms such as Data Mesh and Lakehouse, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of data platforms including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Lakehouse’s on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Define and implement data strategies, governance, and best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver robust data solutions. Provide technical leadership in pre-sales engagements, RFP responses, and solutioning for new business opportunities. Mentor and guide data engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Drive the adoption of modern data architecture principles such as Data Mesh and real-time streaming. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to enhance data capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications 15+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture roles. Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP. Expertise in tools and technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Informatica, Pentaho, Apache Spark, Hive. Proficiency in Python, SQL, PL/SQL, and real-time data processing (CDC, Debezium, Kafka). Deep understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, and Lakehouse architectures. Experience in leading large-scale data migration and modernization projects.
