Are you passionate about shaping the future of cricket coaching in India?At PUSH Sports, we’re growing fast — with 14+ locations and more than 1,000 cricket students, adding 80-100 new kids every month. After our journey on Shark Tank India (Season 3), we’re scaling bigger than ever.We’re looking for a Technical Director – Cricket to lead our coaching vision across all our academies. This is a leadership role that will drive:🏏 Curriculum design and innovation across age groups and skill levels🏏 Coach training, mentorship, and quality control🏏 Player development pathways from grassroots to high-performance🏏 Technical integration into our sports tech products🏏 Representing PUSH Sports in parent sessions, events, and forumsWho we’re looking for:✔ 8-15 years cricket coaching experience✔ BCCI Level 2 or 3 certified preferred✔ Strong knowledge of U12–U19 cricket pathways✔ Leadership and mentorship mindset✔ Comfortable with modern coaching tools and tech✔ Excellent communication skillsLocation: Delhi NCR (with travel across PAN-India centers)Role Type: Full-Time | Senior LeadershipIf you’re ready to lead at a national level and believe in combining structure with passion, join us and help transform grassroots cricket in India.🔗 Interested or know someone perfect for this?
