We’re Hiring: Technical Director – Cricket | PUSH Sports Are you passionate about shaping the future of cricket coaching in India? At PUSH Sports, we’re growing fast — with 14+ locations and more than 1,000 cricket students, adding 80-100 new kids every month. After our journey on Shark Tank India (Season 3), we’re scaling bigger than ever. We’re looking for a Technical Director – Cricket to lead our coaching vision across all our academies. This is a leadership role that will drive: 🏏 Curriculum design and innovation across age groups and skill levels 🏏 Coach training, mentorship, and quality control 🏏 Player development pathways from grassroots to high-performance 🏏 Technical integration into our sports tech products 🏏 Representing PUSH Sports in parent sessions, events, and forums Who we’re looking for: ✔ 8-15 years cricket coaching experience ✔ BCCI Level 2 or 3 certified preferred ✔ Strong knowledge of U12–U19 cricket pathways ✔ Leadership and mentorship mindset ✔ Comfortable with modern coaching tools and tech ✔ Excellent communication skills Location: Delhi NCR (with travel across PAN-India centers) Role Type: Full-Time | Senior Leadership If you’re ready to lead at a national level and believe in combining structure with passion, join us and help transform grassroots cricket in India. 🔗 Interested or know someone perfect for this? Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, planning sales strategies, setting up meetings with potential clients, and developing proposals. The Executive will also be responsible for providing regular sales reports and feedback to the management team. Qualifications - 1- Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development skills 2- Experience in Market Research and Strategy Planning 3- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5- Understanding of the sports industry is a plus 6- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 7- At least 2-4 years of experience in the similar role is beneficial.
