Technical Delivery Manager

You are a highly experienced AI/ML & Generative AI (GenAI) Project Manager responsible for leading and driving cutting-edge AI initiatives. Your role involves managing end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects, defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the design and implementation of AI/ML models while ensuring best practices. Additionally, you will evaluate and integrate Generative AI technologies, manage project risks and dependencies, track progress using Agile methodologies, and ensure compliance with AI ethics and data privacy standards. As an AI/ML & Generative AI Project Manager, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to AI teams to foster innovation and excellence. It is crucial to stay updated with industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and at least 5 years of AI/ML project management experience. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face is required, along with expertise in Agile methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps for AI/ML deployments. Your strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI models will be essential for this role. Hands-on experience with cloud AI services, AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI implementation is a plus. Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, AI/ML certifications from AWS, Google, or Microsoft, and Data Science or AI/ML specializations from reputed institutions.
