Coordinate and communicate effectively between clients, engineers, and the management team.
Reported directly to the Head of Department (HOD), maintaining transparency and accountability.
Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, quotations, and technical proposals.
Track project timelines, follow up with teams on task progress, and ensure timely completion.
Handle customer queries and forward technical requirements to the respective department.
Provide online support to customers when necessary, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Assist in scheduling installations, support visits, and technical meetings.
Maintain and update CRM records, project logs, and service reports.
Support procurement by preparing material lists and coordinating with vendors.
Monitor ongoing projects, ensure compliance with company standards, and assist in quality checks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation, invoicing, and service follow-ups are completed accurately and efficiently.
