Technical Coordinator - IT Services

As a candidate for this position, your role will involve coordinating and communicating effectively between clients, engineers, and the management team. You will report directly to the Head of Department (HOD) to maintain transparency and accountability. Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing project documentation, reports, quotations, and technical proposals. Additionally, you will track project timelines, follow up with teams on task progress, and ensure timely completion. Handling customer queries and forwarding technical requirements to the respective department will also be part of your duties. In instances where online customer support is required, you will ensure prompt and professional resolution. Furthermore, you will assist in scheduling installations, support visits, and technical meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, quotations, and technical proposals. - Track project timelines, follow up with teams on task progress, and ensure timely completion. - Handle customer queries and forward technical requirements to the respective department. - Provide online support to customers when necessary, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. - Assist in scheduling installations, support visits, and technical meetings. - Maintain and update CRM records, project logs, and service reports. - Support procurement by preparing material lists and coordinating with vendors. - Monitor ongoing projects, ensure compliance with company standards, and assist in quality checks. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation, invoicing, and service follow-ups are completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support preferred. - Proficiency in English preferred.
