Technical Content Writer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with strong communication and presentation abilities to create, manage, and maintain high-quality technical and web-based documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical content creation, documentation management (including ISO, NABH, and other compliance frameworks), and a good working knowledge of HTML for web formatting and online publishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and proofread clear, concise, and accurate technical content for manuals, SOPs, compliance documents, and web platforms.
• Manage and update documentation in line with ISO, NABH, and other quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams, quality departments, and management to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Develop presentation materials, user guides, and training documents.
• Use HTML for web content development, formatting, and publishing on intranet/web portals.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech
• 0–2 years of experience in technical content writing or documentation management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Working knowledge of HTML and document formatting tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
