Experience with working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs. Excellent technical writing and communication skills. strong command of tools for publishing documentation , including SnagIt , Camtasia , Zendesk Guide , and others. Roles and responsibilities Draft instruction manuals Deliver technical accuracy in writing user reports. Undertake existing and key content documents for improvisation. Write reports for internal teams such as developers and programmers. Write reports after collaboration and thorough discussion with subject matter experts and technical staff.
