Country Delight seeks a passionate and eager Content Writer Intern-To-Hire to join our dynamic and creative team. While we are most popular as a subscription-based dairy brand, we've recently expanded into home delivery of staples like pulses, pickles, oils, nuts, and fruits &vegetables. You'll be a great fit, if: You are a highly motivated and quick learner with a strong interest in content creation and digital and social marketing. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of English grammar and style. You are eager to learn about different content formats and platforms, including social media, website, and app content. You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment. Your daily responsibilities: Assist the content & social teams in creating engaging and informative content for various marketing channels. Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities. Support the development of social media posts, advertorial copies, and other marketing collateral. Learn & put to use AI tools like ChatGPT and ElevenLabs to assist with content development tasks. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content campaigns. Write content adhering to brand guidelines within given timelines, including captions and scripts for influencers. Extend support to content & social teams for product, influencer, and brand shoots. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred. Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise content. Basic understanding of digital marketing and content marketing principles. Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements. Some exposure to Google Suite (Word, Excel, Slides). Bonus Points: Prior experience with content creation or copywriting (e.g., creator page on social, long-form writing, creative writing). Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Experience working with design and product teams.
