Technical Content Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the

    content strategy and execution

    across multiple digital platforms (website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and webinars).
  • Manage, guide, and mentor the

    content and social media teams

    , ensuring consistent tone, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with

    technical trainers and subject matter experts

    to create high-quality educational and promotional content (blogs, guides, posts, videos, etc.).
  • Guide and oversee

    SMO and SEO strategies

    to boost online visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute

    branding campaigns, webinars, and community engagement initiatives

    in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
  • Research

    emerging industry and technology trends

    to ensure ScholarHat’s content remains relevant and insightful.
  • Analyze content performance using

    Google Analytics, Search Console

    , and other tools to optimize future campaigns.
  • Maintain a

    content calendar

    to ensure consistent and timely delivery across all channels.
  • Contribute to

    brand storytelling, video marketing scripts

    , and

    thought leadership

    initiatives.
  • Utilize

    Canva

    or similar design tools to create or review banners and visuals that support content campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education:

    B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, or MCA only.
  • Experience:

    3–6 years in

    technical content creation, digital marketing, or branding

    , preferably in the

    EdTech or IT industry

    .
  • Strong grasp of

    technical topics

    such as

    Full Stack Development, Java, .NET, Angular, React, AI, Cloud, or DevOps

    , and ability to

    simplify complex concepts

    for a diverse audience.
  • Proven experience leading

    content, design, or social media teams

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Canva

    ,

    SEO tools

    , and

    social media management platforms

    .
  • Excellent skills in

    copywriting, editing, and project management

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    brand communication, storytelling

    , and

    visual aesthetics

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with

    marketing, sales, and technical

    departments.
