Job Description

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions that transform our customers" businesses and enhance their overall customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to discover, design, code, and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions. A significant portion (75%) of your role will involve programming using languages such as Apex (Salesforce's Java-like language), JavaScript, and other development tools. Your impact in this role will encompass various aspects, including programming solutions in Salesforces Apex programming language, JavaScript, Lightning Web Component Framework, and JS Frameworks with API integrations to cloud and back-office systems. Additionally, you will be developing, optimizing, and deploying Salesforce applications while demonstrating key Salesforce capabilities and features. To excel in this position, you should possess a BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving skills, experience in using technical skills to solve real-world business problems, and proficiency in programming with JavaScript and at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) are essential requirements. Furthermore, your role will involve customer engagement and facilitation, requiring strong communication skills both in written and verbal forms. You should also be capable of working independently, demonstrating a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Preferred qualifications for this role include strong presentation skills, prior Salesforce development experience (Apex programming language and Lightning Web Components), and familiarity with JS Frameworks, SQL, APIs, Testing Tools, and DevOps. While Salesforce certifications and Platform development experience are considered advantageous, it is expected that you will acquire specific certifications within the first 3 months of onboarding. As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you are expected to be a leader with excellent communication skills, results-driven, adaptable to change, and possess a positive attitude that motivates others. Your continual growth and development in this role will pave the way for higher levels of Services or other positions at Salesforce, making you an integral part of our team dedicated to innovation and customer success.,
