VCO Eduskills Pvt. Ltd. is a ZED Consulting Organization empaneled with the Quality Council of India. We are committed to supporting MSMEs in achieving ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification by providing expert consulting and handholding support. Role Overview: We are looking for a Technical Consultant to provide on-site support to MSMEs across Punjab, ensuring their compliance with ZED Certification parameters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and consulting and be willing to travel extensively. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ZED awareness training for MSMEs. Provide onsite handholding support to MSMEs for ZED Gold Level Certification compliance. Assess manufacturing units based on ZED parameters and identify areas for improvement. Guide MSMEs on technology interventions and process improvements. Develop and implement action plans to address gaps identified during baseline diagnostics. Conduct regular follow-ups and support MSMEs in achieving continuous improvement . Prepare case study, reports and document progress as per Quality Council of India guidelines. Required Qualifications & Experience: Educational Qualification: Graduation with a minimum of 8 years of experience OR Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of experience Industry Experience: At least 5 years in the manufacturing industry At least 3 years in consulting Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards Ability to provide technical guidance and training Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab Why Join Us?
