Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant (retired professionals welcome) from the Oil & Gas industry to join our recruitment team. The consultant will play a vital role in screening candidates, conducting technical pre-interviews, and improving CV quality before submission to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review CVs of candidates to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Conduct telephonic/virtual technical pre-interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Provide feedback to recruiters on improving candidate quality and CV presentation.
• Act as a technical advisor to the recruitment team on oil & gas job roles (engineering, construction, maintenance, operations).
• Ensure candidates meet client job descriptions, certifications, and international standards.
• Support during bulk drives and client interviews (if required).

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (upstream, downstream, EPC, or related fields).
• Retired professionals from refineries, petrochemical plants, EPC companies, or contractors are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of technical job roles: engineers, supervisors, technicians, trades.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Arabic/Gulf experience is an advantage).
• Ability to guide recruiters and bridge the gap between client requirements and candidate submissions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹585,944.71 - ₹1,074,227.04 per year

Work Location: In person
