Role Overview

We are recruiting an Infrastructure Technical Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join our Infrastructure Team. The role requires strong skills in Unix/Linux and Windows administration, along with mandatory customer communication experience. The need to manage infrastructure, resolve issues, and support cloud and on-premises environments. This role is based remotely in India on a full-time basis. Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and support customer infrastructure, including upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Perform system administration on Unix/Linux and Windows servers.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Support cloud and hybrid deployments (AWS preferred).
  • Provide clear and timely communication to customers regarding incidents and resolutions.
  • Work with internal teams and customers to establish and follow best practices.

Qualifications, skills and experience required

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure administration or IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and basic networking.
  • Proven experience in customer communication and interaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Prior experience in a technical consulting or support role.
  • Working knowledge Amazon AWS, RedHat Linux technologies
  • Previous WMS experience is not essential but highly recommended.
