Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, consulting with clients, and analyzing technical requirements. Additionally, the role involves assisting with sales processes by offering technical expertise and solutions to potential customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze technical requirements
• Experience in Consulting and providing expert technical advice to clients
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting technical issues
• Sales experience, particularly with technical products or services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
