Technical Consultant - BMC TSO L2

As a skilled Truesight Orchestration (TSO) L2 Support Engineer, you will be part of the IT operations team, responsible for monitoring and managing BMC Truesight Orchestration environments to ensure optimal performance and availability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitor and manage BMC Truesight Orchestration environments. - Respond to and resolve alerts and incidents within defined SLAs. - Analyse system logs, identify issues, and perform corrective actions. - Provide L2 support for Truesight Orchestration issues, escalating to L3 when necessary. - Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement corrective measures. - Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Truesight Orchestration components. - Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve the efficiency of TSO operations. - Maintain up-to-date technical documentation related to TSO processes and procedures. - Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system status, incidents, and resolutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - MSC in Computer Science / BE / Btech in Computer Engineering. - 5 to 6 years of experience in System. - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS knowledge and Linux Basics commands knowledge. - Certification in any Computer field. - BMC Certified Associate in Truesight Orchestration.
