BMC BCM, BMC Discovery and BMC TSA

The ideal candidate for this role should be an IT Graduate with a degree in BSC-IT/BCA/B.E-IT/B-Tech-IT and certification in BMC/ITIL V4. You should have a minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing BMC Discovery solutions to discover, map, and maintain a complete inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and services. It is essential to have experience with CMDB and Discovery, as well as familiarity with BMC Helix Dashboard and managing CMDB data. The candidate should have expertise in BMC ITSM Developer, BMC Remedy developer, BMC Discovery, BMC TCA, and BMC BCM. Proficiency in Postgres SQL and other database languages is a must, including knowledge of reporting terms like Attributes, Filters, Joins, and schema external data sources to import data into CMDB and manage it effectively.
