Job Summary:


The Technical Cell Engineer in the 2W Service field will be responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting support to dealers, and ensuring timely resolution of field concerns. This role involves working closely with service teams to enhance product reliability, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing technical improvements for better service efficiency.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to dealer calls concerning spare parts, settlements, battery, charger movements, and technical issues in the two-wheeler automotive sector
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to dealers on troubleshooting procedures, and warranty claims specific to two-wheeler vehicles
  • Collecting product feedback from customers and report on the same only on critical failures only
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth movement of batteries, chargers, and spare parts
  • Analyze technical reports to identify recurring issues or trends; recommend proactive measures to mitigate potential problems
  • Document all interactions, technical inquiries, and resolutions systematically for reference and reporting purposes - MIS
  • Liaise with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with dealers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
  • Stay updated on product updates, technical bulletins, and industry trends related to two-wheeler vehicles to enhance knowledge and support capabilities
  • Assist in generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve overall technical support processes within the two-wheeler automotive context
  • Uphold company policies and standards while adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines specific to the two-wheeler automotive industry
  • Visit to field for product support - Critical cases


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering - Electrical/Mechanical or any related field
  • Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in the two-wheeler automotive industry preferred EV industry
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues specific to two-wheeler vehicles
