Technical Associate

You will be joining a greenfield site where you will play a crucial role in the start-up and operation of a highly automated plant. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, technically strong, and eager to learn and grow as part of a high-performing operations team. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end process and continually improving plant metrics. Safety - Cultivate a culture of safety as a top priority - Utilize Behavior Based Safety (BBS) and Near Miss reporting to foster a culture of continuous improvement - Identify and address unsafe conditions to achieve Zero Accidents - Conduct Machine Safety Risk assessments - Adhere to health and safety procedures 2. Quality - Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to achieve zero defects - Ensure compliance with Coca-Cola standards and regulations - Support internal and external audits - Maintain accurate records 3. Autonomous Maintenance - Maintain equipment and work environment to 5S standards - Perform cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and adjustment tasks - Lead first-line maintenance efforts - Engage in continuous improvement projects - Embrace new technologies such as robotics, AI, and ML - Actively contribute to problem-solving activities 4. Troubleshooting and Technical Problem-Solving - Utilize data analysis and problem-solving tools like fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and Kaizen - Conduct root cause analysis of technical issues 5. Plant Operation - Conduct process checks and manage packaging materials efficiently - Ensure accurate data recording and maintain high levels of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - Execute material movements and inventory control tasks - Utilize system tools for operations efficiency 6. Operational Excellence and Digitalization - Receive training and certification in Operational Excellence tools - Utilize data and reports for informed decision-making - Drive continuous improvement of plant metrics Qualifications: - Diploma with 7 to 13 years of work experience - Preferred discipline in Automation and Industrial Control - Experience in a highly automated manufacturing facility - Proficient in troubleshooting within an automated environment - Background in self-directed manufacturing - Previous experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry In addition to your regular compensation, you will have the opportunity to earn an annual incentive based on a competitive reference value percentage of 8. This incentive reflects your performance relative to the market and falls within the mid-range for your role.,
