Position description:

Day to day Maintenance Planning in plant & Preventive Maintenance of Equipments.

Support to Manager for Smooth operation of Plant Equipments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategic: Planning Day to Day Preventive/Predictive/Corrective & Break down Maintenance of Plants Rotary & Stationary Equipments
• Operational: Follow the Instructions of Manager
• Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule
• Procurement of spares required for preventive & shut-down maintenance jobs
• Monitoring of outside fabrication/ machining jobs
• Project work related to plant modifications
• To inspect & maintain critical spares stock
• To carry out 100% preventive job as per schedules & maintain its record
• Responsible for carrying out jobs as per schedule by proper utilization of manpower
• Responsible for consumable stock checking/ monitoring & intimate to Superiors
• Records and analysis of non-conformities, initiate corrective action / guide on implementation of corrective / preventive actions
• Implementation of operational controls as per requirement of the operation / activity
• To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA ( Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
• To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives
• Ensure 100% safety to achieve zero accidents
• Responsible to complete any other assignment given by the seniors
• People Related: CO-Ordinate with Process officer for Smooth Operation of Plant
