highly skilled Technical Executive Assistant to support the Director in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical and strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background coupled with project management and business acumen to act as a strategic partner in decision-making and execution.
Provide operational updates and key insights to the Director for risk mitigation and business planning
- Assist in preparing strategic reports, board decks, and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings
Project Oversight & Coordination
- Oversee and track multiple engineering and infrastructure projects to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations
Technical & Financial Monitoring
- Monitor project performance including cost analysis, scheduling, productivity, and risk indicators
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for top management review
Business Strategy & Commercial Support
- Support contract negotiations, vendor coordination, and commercial discussions
- Assist in business strategy formulation based on technical and financial project data
