Code critical sections and key features of the product Lead and solve key technical challenges in the overall system Work in collaboration with Product to write design documents Simulate, measure, invent and re-engineer algorithms and existing implementation to enhance functionality, performance and stability Perform code reviews and healthy peer feedback to the team Mentor and guide team members technically Work with architects to create a technical roadmap Learn, evangelize and Introduce best practices and technology trends, open-source projects that are relevant to the product Must have B.E/ B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/ M.S from a premier institute. 10+ years of work experience, having demonstrated problem solving skills. Have experience designing and implementing non-trivial software systems (e.g., using multiple processes/threads/IPC etc.) Development experience using Java, Python, Golang, Erlang (either of these) Experience working on any micro service platform Experience working on REST and asynchronous API integration Design principles for scalable architecture Good RDBMS Skills And Experience In DB/SQL Good understanding of design patterns and frameworks for scalable application design. Experience in Algorithmic development Good understanding of version control systems, build management and testing technologies Good to Have Exposure to serverless technologies Application of machine learning for problem solving Exposure to various databases and messaging technologies like Postgre SQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elastic etc. Knowledge of Container, Kubernetes and cloud-based deployment environment (AWS, GCP, Azure Cloud etc.). Knowledge of developing scripts in Python, Shell etc. Knowledge of working with Time Series databases (Influx etc.)
