Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design and architect data and BI solutions for complex enterprise BI/ETL/Data Warehouse projects.
Identify data sources, define data pipelines, segmentation, and performance engineering for scale.
Manage a team of Data Analysts/Data Engineers, assigning work and reviewing deliverables.
Develop business reports and dashboards using the latest data warehousing and BI tools.
Perform information management assessments and accurately estimate implementation efforts.
Coordinate with the Data Science department to identify future needs and requirements.
Lead and mentor other team members.
Experience working in a geographically distributed team.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in complex enterprise BI/ETL/Data Warehouse projects.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and various analytical data models.
Hands-on knowledge with at least one Key ETL Market tool like Informatica Power Center, Oracle Data Integrator, Microsoft SSIS, etc.
Hands-on knowledge with at least one Key BI Market tool (IBM Cognos, SAP BO, Oracle BI, Tableau, MS Power BI, QlickView, SSRS, etc.).
Advanced knowledge in Data warehouse dimensional modelling.
Good knowledge of Agile Scrum.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Experience driving solution/enterprise level architecture and collaborating with other tech leads.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analysis skills.
Knowledge of emerging Data warehouse design approaches and their potential impact on data warehouse architecture.
Familiarity with master data management and exposure to MDM tools.
Understanding of predictive and prescriptive modeling.
Experience with Normalized data store, Operational data store, Dimension data store, and Enterprise Data lake.
Good communication skills.
