Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Technical and Service Head. The Technical and Service Head will oversee the technical support team, manage technical projects, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and provide technical training to internal teams. The role involves analyzing complex technical issues, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and technical issue resolution
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
• Proficiency in Technical Support and managing technical projects
• Ability to manage teams effectively and provide comprehensive Training
• Knowledge of IT networks, data centers, and cyber security solutions is a plus
• Experience in a leadership role within an IT solutions company
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
